I have taken a few days to absorb this amazing journey I took thanks to you. It is still difficult to describe with words but I will try. First, as soon as we started I felt your energy run through me. We connected and became linked in some way, It allowed me to travel wherever you would go. Because I believe I was in a state of mind where I felt open and safe I was able to let it happen, and very quickly I went into a deep meditative state. Which does not happen easily for me. The only time I can reach a state of meditation quickly is when I float in an Epsom salt bath in a sensory deprivation tank (see the float spot on Frisco AMAZING place must try if you haven’t been before), but even then it does not always happen for me. I felt very safe so I went deeper, I saw the door/gateway the meditation track spoke about and I went through the door. The best I can describe is a place of cosmos like, but not the universe devoid of life sound, and full of darkness, but a place of color, and gas light surrounding, I was not in the body/physical (though I could feel my body on the table my mind was far away, it was there and here at the same time). There, I was as my infinite being, in that place all is known, there are no questions, no uncertainty, no pain, no suffering, no fear, no anxiety, only love it is actually quite simpler than we in the physical world we think it is, we are truly love, our essence is love, that is that simple. We are infinite, our energy/life force/being can never be destroyed, we cannot cease to exist, and we are and always will be. There is no time either, the best description is that all is perfect and infinite, we are all one in the fabric of consciousness. I was not just in a place of love, I am love itself at this point in my experience. I was told many things but not in words per se, maybe more in such way as thoughts but even that is not really how communications work in that plane of consciousness, it’s more like we simply know. All those questions that I have asked myself for a long time and even more so lately, why are we here, what is our purpose, why can’t we recall our spirit/energy infinite being etc… the answer is simple, this is not really part of the physical experience, we are here to experience life, grow, help not hurt, having all the answers would not serve this experience it would actually limit it. Then, I saw flash of my many births at least I think that’s what it was me as a baby in many places, it went very fast it felt like I have had many lives before. Then I felt like I wanted to open my eyes but I was so deeply at peace I went a bit further and surrender even more, I lost track of time it felts like minutes but clearly it was much longer, and eventually I hear you say it was over and I came right back to my consciousness but I could feel electricity in my left hand for about one minute once awaken. I think this was the left over energy between you and I and my incredible journey. I feel like a huge weight has lifted. I know I can be in that place anytime I want to. I can close my eye and recall that feeling of being love, as an essence of my being. I am not sure how this will impact my journey to let go of anxiety, worse case scenario thinking, flight or fear state, but it can only help. I think we have much more choice than we think we have. Those brain pathways can be changed. I still have a lot of questions, about this life and our human experience as eternal being, and that’s ok. I definitely want to have another journey with you, maybe I will have other important realizations. Now all the things are experienced above are things more or less I knew, but experiencing them in that way was truly a gift, something beyond my reasoning and cognition as well as belief. I have tried various things in my life, spiritually speaking, this was the most intense and real experience by far. Audrey you are truly gifted.
